Technology
The casting process used by Marvic is the sand gravity casting.
This is a very expensive process reserved only for a few elite of manufacturer, and often associated to the production of prototypes. After the casting phase
each wheel is refinished, grinded and lapped, and before being machined by CNC machines, each wheel undergoes a thermal treatment in order to increase its
mechanical properties.
A very complex and articulate process, that allows for the realization of phenomenal products, both in aesthetics and technology.
