Quality control
As evidence of the goodness of the project and the production process every Marvic wheel passes successfully all the production tests provided by regulations. Nothing is excluded: impact test, dynamic test with twisting, rim rolling, tensile strength, and bending test. This is another one confirmation of the Marvic brand’s high quality standards.
Penetrating liquids
Thanks to a specific liquid at high penetrating power and a visible analysis under UVA lamps it is possible to find eventual defects in the metal structure. This is an examination that touches each single part before the machining phase and that allows for the estimation without doubt of the quality of the casting
Radioscopy
Also in this case every single piece that comes off the production chain undergoes radiographic exams, which are able to evidence any productional defects. Thanks to a modern and effective equipment, x rays are used to offer proof of excellent work.
Traction tests
For every casting the creation of a test-tube is provided. It undergoes to a stretching test and this testifies the undeniable quality of the casting. Each wheel has a code that permits the rising of the casting, guiding therefore the proof of quality.
