At the time of the data collection and for each promotional communication, data subject is informed about the possibility to refuse the process of his/her Data at any time freely and in an easy way.
The legal basis for Data processing is the consent of the data subject (optional and it can be withdrawn at any time) and the legitimate interest.
The Data retention period: until data subject unsubscribes from the business/promotional communication service.
2. Data provision
Data provision is optional, but a refusal to provide such Data may result in the non-performance or in the partial execution of the contract/service.

5. Modifications to the privacy notice
